About The Farm

The history of our little slice of heaven

Our small farm is part and parcel of a larger farm that has been in the family for generations. After living in the city for about 25 years, it's great to be back to the open spaces where John grew up!

We make the most of 10.5 acres of land that used to be a hay and crop field when the property was part of the larger 150 acre working dairy farm. The dairy operation ceased with the previous generation's passing.

Our parcel has been transformed into paddocks, pastures and fields for our camelids, chickens and crops and also serves as our home. All the work it takes to keep everything running smoothly and looking great is worth it! I can't image how the challenges COVID isolation presented us would have played out if we were still living on a postage stamp of land in town.

The pictures we post give you a glimpse of the tranquility and peace that our country life provides. We invite you to contact us through social media if you want to book our farm for your own event or just get away from the noise of life for awhile.
